instead of using the install cd that came with the card.I went to the Hauppauge web site and got the new software ( wintv v7 ) and drivers and everything has worked just fine. I know that some other reviewers have had problems with the software but so far I have not had any problems and find it pretty easy to use. This one has been the best of them all.sooo far. I have had a number of tv tuner cards from different makers and none have a great picture. Good picture ( not great, but very good ). Pros: The card & software installed without a hitch.
